Will you ever contact my clients directly?

Never, unless you explicitly ask us to and make the introduction. All communication goes through you. Your client relationships are 100% yours.

Can you join client calls under our brand?

Yes — if you want us on calls, we join as part of your team using your introduction. We use first names only and never mention Plutopixel. Many partners use us this way regularly.

What if the quality isn't what my client expects?

We include revision rounds in every project and won’t sign off until you’re happy. In the rare event of a quality issue, we fix it immediately at no extra cost.

How do I handle timelines with my client?

We’ll give you accurate timelines upfront that you can relay (with a buffer built in). We hit our deadlines — your reputation is safe.

What's the minimum project size?

For project-based work, there’s no hard minimum — even small tasks like social graphics or email templates are fine. For retainers, the minimum is 40 hours/month ($3,000).

Do you work with agencies outside your time zone?

Yes — we have partners across the US, Europe and beyond. We schedule overlapping working hours for calls and ensure async communication is seamless
